What is there to do in this remote place?
Patagonia is a place where nature rules and you feel the power of the elements, as ice and wind have literally shaped the landscape around you. Such an adventure may sound intimidating, but with a guide and a private vehicle, activities can be tailored to the pace and preference of each guest. At Awasi, we offer excursions both inside and outside the Torres del Paine National Park, being able to visit its main attractions as well as isolated corners of Patagonia to truly appreciate its immensity.
At Awasi we assign one private guide and a 4WD to each room to adapt each activity to your personal preferences. This way, you can define your itinerary with your guide when you arrive at the hotel, without having to adapt to groups or fixed schedules. Your plan will depend solely on your personal preferences and the weather, we will take care of the rest.
Each day you can choose between:
- One full day excursion with lunch included (between ca. 4 and 7 hours)
- Two half-day excursions (between 2 and 5 hours approx.), Returning to Awasi for lunch between both excursions.

Important notice: Most of our activities are carried out in National Parks or private estates, which have regulations of their own and are independent to Awasi. Due to COVID-19 related restrictions, the access to said parks and attractions could be restricted and may change on short notice. Please ask your Reservations Executive about the currently available excursions and bear in mind these could suffer unexpected changes.
