Our adobe lodge, with only 12 Suites, is located in the quiet town of San Pedro de Atacama. An oasis of real life, full of history. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
The feeling of being in a place far from home. Inspired by the pre-Inca ruins of the town of Tulor, we have worked with a local historian to build these small adobe “houses” that are the true reflection of local culture and nature with ancient techniques. The circular shape and the building materials (adobe, stone and wood) keep the suites cool on hot days and warm on cold nights. Enjoy the most starry sky in the world while dining at our private Relais & Chateaux restaurant.
ALL OUR SERVICES INCLUDE
- Transfers: Private transfers to and from the Calama (CJC) airport, in accordance with our check in and check out times.
- Lodging: Our adobe lodge was designed respecting the traditional construction style, prioritizing open spaces and using local materials. With only 12 circular rooms, Awasi guarantees privacy and tranquility throughout your stay.
- Private Excursions: One 4x4 vehicle and a Private Guide will be assigned to you throughout your stay to design the excursions according to your tastes and preferences, and with the greatest possible flexibility. You can choose between full-day excursions with lunch included (between 5 and 7 hours approx.) Or two half-day excursions (between 2 and 5 hours approx.), Returning to lunch at Awasi between both excursions.
- Meals: Awasi has its own restaurant at each lodge, exclusively for guests. As part of Relais & Chateaux, we consider gastronomy an important extension of the destination's cultural heritage. We work with local producers and fresh ingredients to create a seasonal menu to create an authentic culinary experience. All meals are included in your stay.
- Beverages: We include all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including a selection of exquisite national wines. Open bar, cocktails and mocktails.
- Tailor Made Service: A Personal Reservations Assistant will be your constant point of contact, coordinating all details of your trip, taking your interests and expectations into account.
